聚乙烯醇/普鲁兰多糖纳米纤维膜的制备及表征 被引量:2

摘要 利用静电纺丝法制备不同质量比的聚乙烯醇/普鲁兰多糖(PVA/PUL)纳米纤维膜,通过SEM、FTIR、XRD、DSC及TGA等方法分析纤维膜的微结构、性能及膜内各组分的相互作用。结果表明:纤维膜中PVA/PUL的质量比对纤维粗细、均匀程度及黏连等形貌特点产生影响;随着纺丝液中PUL所占比例的增加,纤维直径逐渐减小,当PVA/PUL混合比例为7:3时纤维形态最佳;FTIR、XRD分析表明在纳米纤维膜中PVA与PUL二者存在着化学键间作用力,DSC与TGA分析表明混合纤维膜热稳定性较单一物质纳米纤维膜更稳定。因此得出结论,采用适当比例制备PVA与PUL共混静电纺丝纳米纤维膜,既可以有效改善PVA纤维形态,又可以降低单一PUL的纺丝成本,纳米纤维包装材料在食品包装材料未来的发展上具有广阔的应用前景。 Polyvinyl alcohol/pullulan(PVA/PUL)nanofiber membranes with different mass ratios were prepared using electrospinning method.Analysis methods such as scanning electron microscope(SEM),infrared spectra(FTIR),X-ray diffraction(XRD),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)were used to analyze microstructure and properties of the fiber membranes and interactions of the components within the membranes.The results show that:Different mass ratios in PVA/PUL nanofiber membranes affected the fiber morphology,such as the fiber diameter,uniformity and adhesion;The fiber diameter gradually decreased as the proportion of PUL in the spinning solution increased.FTIR and XRD analysis indicated that there was chemical bonding force between PVA and PUL in the nanofiber membranes,and DSC and TGA analysis showed that the thermal stability of the mixed nanofiber membrane was more stable than that of the single nanofiber membrane.Therefore,the preparation of PVA and PUL blend electrospun nanofiber membrane with appropriate mass ratios not only can effectively improve the morphology of PVA fibers,but also can reduce the electrospinning cost of pullulan,which will possess a certain application prospect.
