摘要
提出一种具有宽带共模抑制性能的新型单端-平衡功分器(SETBP)。该功分器由一对耦合线和两个隔离电阻实现,利用两个理想的180°相位逆变器实现差分输出端口,大大缩减电路尺寸至0.0624λ^2g,实现了电路结构的小型化。差模和共模激励条件下两个平衡端口高度隔离,各端口匹配良好,在0.6~1.4 GHz范围内可以有效抑制共模噪声。借助散射矩阵和传输线理论分析了所提出的功分器结构的奇偶模等效电路,得到关键参数。仿真和实测结果验证了该设计方案的可行性。
A novel single-ended-to-balanced power divider(SETBP) with broadband common mode rejection performance is proposed. The power divider is realized by a pair of coupling lines and two isolation resistors. The differential output port is realized by two ideal 180° phase inverters, which greatly reduces the size of the circuit to 0.0624λ^2g and realizes the miniaturization of the circuit structure. Under the conditions of differential mode and common mode excitation, the two balanced ports are highly isolated and well matched. Common mode noise can be effectively suppressed in the range of 0.6-1.4 GHz. With the help of scattering matrix and transmission line theory, the odd mode and even mode equivalent circuit of the proposed power splitter structure are analyzed, and the key parameters are obtained. The feasibility of the design scheme is verified by simulation and test results.
