摘要
为深入研究矢量网络分析仪校准技术,促进电子校准件低成本、通用化应用,基于通用的射频开关模块和开源的Arduino控制模块搭建了电子校准件硬件系统;为适应电子校准件的非理想工作状态,基于分式变换特性推导了系统误差项的求解算法。最后利用E5071C矢量网络分析仪和商用E4431B电子校准件搭建对比测试系统,并选用移动通信滤波器作为测试对象,验证了所设计电子校准件硬件的正确性和误差修正算法的有效性。此研究成果可为电子校准件低成本、通用化应用提供参考。
In order to further study the calibration technology of vector network analyzer and promote the low cost and universal application of electronic calibration units(ECU), the hardware system of electronic calibration units is built based on the general RF switch module and the open source Arduino control module. In order to let the ECU work under the non-ideal situation, the solution algorithm of the system error term is deduced based on the fractional transformation characteristics. Finally, E5071C vector network analyzer and commercial E4431B electronic calibration units are used to build a comparison and test system. A filter for mobile communication system is used as the test object to verify the correctness of the ECU’s hardware and the effectiveness of the error correction algorithm. The research results of this paper can provide reference for the low cost and general application purpose of ECU.
