AFP、AFP-L3、GP73及DCP蛋白在老年肝癌患者中的表达分析及临床意义

Clinical significance and expression analysis of AFP, AFP-L3, GP73,DCP Proteins in elderly hepatic cancer patients

目的本研究对AFP、AFP-L3、GP73及DCP蛋白在老年肝癌患者中的表达及其与预后的相关性进行研究,为临床治疗提供参考。方法回顾性分析本院2011年01月至2016年12月期间诊治老年肝癌患者临床资料,分析患者AFP、AFP-L3、GP73及DCP表达及其与预后相关性。以本院同期老年肝硬化患者(n=60)为对照。结果研究发现与对照组老年肝硬化组患者相比,老年肝癌患者组血清中AFP、AFP-L3、GP73及DCP蛋白表达明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);免疫组织化学检测AFP、AFP-L3蛋白在肝癌组织中定位及表达结果发现,与对照组老年肝硬化组患者相比,老年肝癌患者组组织中AFP及AFP-L3蛋白表达明显升高;随着AFP、AFP-L3、GP73及DCP蛋白表达升高,患者预后逐渐变差。结论AFP、AFP-L3、GP73及DCP蛋白在老年肝癌患者中呈高表达,且与患者预后呈负相关性。

Objective To explore prognosis of patient and the expression of AFP,AFP-L3,GP73,DCP proteins in elderly hepatic cancerpatients,and supply the clinical references.Methods The present research retrospective the information of elderly hepatic cancer patients in our hospital from Jan 2011 to Dec 2016.The expression of AFP,AFP-L3,GP73,DCP proteins in elderly hepatic cancer patients and relationship with the prognosis of patients were assayed.Results The results showed that the expression of AFP,AFP-L3,GP73,DCP proteins in elderly hepatic cancer patients was increased greatly when compared with control.At the meaning time,the abundance of theses parameters were increased in elderly hepatic cancer patients was increased greatly when detected by immuno-histochemistry.The higher expression of AFP,AFP-L3,GP73,and DCP in hepatic cancer patients,the worse prognosis of the patients.Conclusion AFP,AFP-L3,DCP and GP73 proteins are highly expressed in elderly hepatic cancer patients and negatively related with the prognosis of patients.
