金属离子促进3-硝基邻苯二甲酸的合成

摘要 以邻苯二甲酸酐为原料,在浓硫酸催化剂作用下通过浓硝酸、硝酸盐引入硝基。实验研究了反应温度,各种硝酸盐对反应的影响。使用紫外光谱讨论了粗产品中4-硝基邻苯二甲酸的比率。在加入铜盐条件下,3-硝基邻苯二甲酸的产率提高11.4%。 Using phthalic anhydride as raw material,nitro group was introduced into the benzene ring with sulfuric acid,nitric acid and metal nitrates.Influence of reaction temperature and different metal nitrates were studied.The ratio of 4-nitrophthalic acid in the raw nitration products was studied using UV spectrum.Using cupric nitrate,the yield of 3-nitrophthalic acid increased by 11.4%.
