垃圾焚烧与干化污泥协同处理的技术方案分析 被引量:9

摘要 随着我国国民经济的发展,生活污水的排放量日益增加。污水在处理过程中,会产生一定数量的市政有机污泥,其具有含水率高、体积大、有机物含量高、容易腐烂发臭等特点。如果得不到及时有效处理,会造成严重二次污染。焚烧作为一种较彻底的处理工艺,能够最大限度地降低污染物在环境中的污染几率。就现阶段我国存在的四种焚烧技术进行对比研究,发现垃圾焚烧厂掺烧污泥是一种安全、经济、环保的污泥处理方案。通过东部某垃圾焚烧发电厂的污泥干化—协同焚烧的具体工程实例,结合其理论分析、实际运行效果分析及经济分析,认为将适量的市政污泥经干化后协同生活垃圾焚烧处理不仅在技术上是可行的,而且在经济上是有利的。此类技术在未来会拥有较强的优势和较好的发展前景。 Domestic wastewater is growing increasingly with the development of economy in China.In the process of sewage treatment,a certain amount of municipal organic sludge will be produced and these sludges are characteristic of high water content,large volume,high organic content,as well as easy rotting and stink.Failure to dispose the sludges in time and effectiveness will cause serious secondary pollution.As a thorough treatment process,incineration can minimize the environmental risk of pollutants up to the hilt.A comparative study on four incineration technologies existing in China shows that blending combustion of sludge in waste-to-energy plant is a safer,more economical and environmental sludge treatment.By analysing a specific engineering case of sludge drying and co-incineration in a waste-to-energy plant in eastern China,namely its theory,actual operation effect and economic efficiency,we hold that the treatment,which blends the right amount of sludge into the waste-to-energy process,is a feasible and economic technology with competitive edge and prospects in the future.
