摘要
先对六方氮化硼(BN)进行表面改性,然后利用超声剥离法制备了少层六方氮化硼纳米片(BNNSs)。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、原子力学显微镜(AFM)对六方氮化硼纳米片的结构、形貌进行了研究。结果表明:表面改性降低了六方氮化硼的结晶度,且超声剥离法能够很好地将六方氮化硼进行剥离。表面改性后利用超声剥离法制备了六方氮化硼纳米片,产量提高了2.3倍,且剥离后的氮化硼纳米片尺寸较小,厚度为1~10 nm。
At first,hexagonal boron nitride(BN)was surface modified,and then a kind of low-layer hexagonal boron nitride nanosheets(BNNSs)were prepared by ulrtrasonic stripping method.The structure and morphology of BNNSs were studied by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and atomic force microscope(AFM).The results show that the crystallinity of BN decreases after surface modification,and the BN is stripped well by ultrasonic stripping method.The yield of BNNSs prepared by ultrasonic stripping method increases by 2.3 times,the size of the prepared BNNSs is smaller,and their thickness are 1~10 nm.
