摘要 文章将基于双边界二分式条件价值评估法的Logistic模型引入到森林生物多样性生态价值评估中,并以闽江流域的城镇和农村居民为例,对森林生物多样性生态功能支付意愿和受偿意愿进行实证分析,探讨了条件价值评估法下双边界二分式意愿引导技术在我国应用的适用性。研究结果表明:在WTP和WTA法下闽江流域的森林生物多样性生态价值巨大,分别达到29.3亿元和56.2亿元;城镇总体支付意愿和农民总体受偿意愿间存在较大差距。 This paper introduces the Logistic models of double-bounded contingent valuation methods into the appraisal of ecological value of forest biodiversity, and then takes the urban and rural residents in Minjiang River watershed as an example to carry out an empirical analysis on the willingness to pay(WTP) and the willingness to accept compensation(WTA) for the ecological functions of forest biodiversity. Finally, the paper discusses the applicability of the double-bounded dichotomous intention guiding technology under the conditional value evaluation method in China. The results indicate that the total ecological value of forest biodiversity in Minjiang River basin in the context of WTP and WTA is very huge, reaching 2.93 billion yuan and 5.62 billion yuan respectively. In the meantime, there exists a wide gap between urban general WTP and rural general WTA.
