摘要
500 kV架空输电线路在我国电网运行中占据着极其重要的地位,对于自爆绝缘子缺陷必须及时进行带电处理,以防止缺陷进一步升级,危及电网安全运行。通过对当前500 kV架空输电线路带电更换耐张单片绝缘子作业现状的分析,研制出新型的可调式吊装作业平台,可实现不同型号绝缘子间通用,能有效降低作业人员的劳动强度和安全风险,提高作业安全性。
500 kV overhead transmission lines occupy an extremely important position in China’s power grid operation.For selfexplosive insulator defects,it is necessary to carry out electrification treatment in time to prevent further upgrade of defects and endanger the safe operation of the power grid.This paper analyzes the current status of the current 500 kV overhead transmission line with the replacement of tensile single-chip insulators,and develops a new adjustable lifting platform for the problems existing in the operation process,which can realize the common use of different types of insulators,which can effectively reduce the operation.The labor intensity and safety risks of personnel improve the safety of operations.
