摘要
风机基础是风电机组安全稳定运行的重要结构,基础环连接型式是塔筒和基础之间常用的连接方式。近些年来,基础环连接型式安全事故频发,基础环与基础混凝土之间的结合面在疲劳荷载的作用下容易脱开,基础环下法兰顶面混凝土容易产生疲劳损伤,导致风机结构失效。
Foundation is the important structure to guarantee the safe and stable operation of wind turbine.Embedded ring is a common mode to connect the wind turbine tower and foundation.Safety accidents caused by failure of wind turbine embedded-ring foundations occur frequently in recent years.Under fatigue load,the embedded-ring often de-bonds from the concrete and gaps are formed between the embedded-ring and the concrete.The concrete above the flange of embedded-ring is prone to local fatigue damage.These deteriorations influence the long-term structural behavior of the wind power turbines.
