计量故障电量追补自动计算程序的研发

摘要 当现场电能表出现故障之后,常用三期历史算法和更正系数法计算需要追补的电量,这两种方法都需要工作人员汇集多方历史数据。在生成追补单的过程中存在大量的重复性工作,比如数据录入、数值计算、客户基本信息录入等,不仅增加了工作量,而且容易出错,后期检查也困难重重。为了将工作人员从繁重的重复性劳动中解放出来,实现办公自动化与智能化。主要研究了一种基于Windows操作系统的电费追补单自动生成软件。 After the failure of the on-site electric energy meter,the three-phase historical algorithm and the correction coefficient method are commonly used to calculate the amount of electricity that needs to be recovered.Both methods require the staff to collect multi-party historical data.In the process of generating the recovery order,there are a lot of repetitive work,such as data entry,numerical calculation,customer basic information entry,etc.,which not only increases the workload,but also is prone to errors,and the late inspection is also difficult.In order to free the staff from heavy and repetitive work,office automation and intelligence are realized.This paper mainly studies an automatic generation software for electricity tariff tracking based on Windows operating system.
