随着社会进步和电力行业的不断发展,电力在人们生产生活中已占据着重要的位置;但因触电事故不时发生,也引发了许多的纠纷。而且由于人身触电责任界定中产权、运维等问题的混淆,加大了问题的解决难度。基于此,以近年来发生的触电事故的典型案例,分析其极易混淆的问题,加深对事故责任的认识,提高用电安全的意识。

With the progress of society and the continuous development of the power industry,electric power has occupied an important position in people’s production and life;however,due to electric shock accidents,it has also caused many disputes.Moreover,due to the confusion of property rights,operation and maintenance,etc.in the definition of personal electric shock liability,the difficulty of solving the problem is increased.Based on this,this paper analyzes the extremely confusing problems in the typical cases of electric shock accidents that have occurred in recent years,and further deepens our understanding of accident liability and raises the awareness of power safety.
