摘要
基于低压表箱失电监测装置和智能电表HPLC通信模块的自动化组网,结合营配贯通成果,实现低压表箱、用户停电数据的多层次汇集及交叉研判,构建形成支撑低压用户供电可靠性管理的物联监测模式。探讨低压用户停电数据的采集模式和供电可靠性指标监测方法,提出了基于智能电表、低压监测装置和结构化停电信息,通过低压用户供电可靠性指标管控措施。
Based on the automatic networking of the low-voltage meter box power loss monitoring device and the intelligent meter HPLC communication module,combined with the operation and distribution through results,the multi-level collection and cross study and judgment of the low-voltage meter box and user power failure data are realized,and the IOT monitoring mode supporting the low-voltage user power supply reliability management is constructed.This paper discusses the collection mode of low-voltage users’outage data and the monitoring method of power supply reliability index,and puts forward the comprehensive monitoring and research mechanism of low-voltage users’reliability based on intelligent electricity meter,low-voltage monitoring device and structured outage information.Through the control measures of low-voltage users’power supply reliability index,it summarizes the experience model of lean operation and maintenance improvement of distribution network.
