摘要
质量终身责任制的持续推进对建设工程质量提出更高要求。当前,变电工程建设现场质量管理存在关键人员履职尽责不到位、质量管理文件真实性存疑等问题。本文研究基于四维坐标全景信息的变电工程质量痕迹化管理方法,将工程考勤与质量验评相结合,推行“管控点”加“云平台”相结合的模式,使质量管理可追溯性显著增强,管理效率和效果大幅提升。
The continuous advancement of the quality lifelong responsibility system puts higher demands on the quality of construction projects.At present,the quality management of the substation construction site has problems such as the failure of key personnel to perform their duties and the doubtfulness of the quality management documents.This paper studies the quality trace management method of substation engineering based on four-dimensional coordinate panoramic information,combines engineering attendance with quality appraisal,and implements a combination of“management point”and“cloud platform”to significantly enhance quality management traceability.The management efficiency and effect have been greatly improved.
