摘要
研究了多级时效对ZL114A合金组织和拉伸性能的影响。研究结果表明,采用热处理工艺545℃×12h+55℃水淬+155℃×8h+175℃×8h,ZL114A合金材料试样的强度和塑性最好。因为此时,α-Al晶粒等轴化程度更高,晶粒度更小;同时使得共晶硅析出更充分,共晶硅晶粒圆化程度更高,多呈圆状和颗粒状,颗粒大小较一致,连续性和弥散性较好。
The influence of multi-artificial aging on the microstructures and tensile properties of ZL114A alloy have been investigated.The results show that ZL114A alloy can achieve the best tensile properties after the heat treatment of 545℃×12h+55℃water quench⁃ing+155℃×8h+175℃×8h.Under this condition,there are more equiaxed and smallα-Al grains in the ZL114A alloy.Eutectic sili⁃con grains precipitate more fully and become more round and granular,of which sizes are consistent.In the meantime,eutectic silicon grains are homogeneously and continually distributed.
