基于“化人讲坛”的大学生就业创业教育探讨

Analysis of the Employment and Entrepreneurship Education of College Students Based on ′the Forum of Cultural People′

本着创文化校园、深化实践育人的教育路线,西南林业大学化学工程学院坚持问题导向,聚焦学生需求,创新就业创业教育模式,开设了"化人讲坛",帮助解决学生学习、就业、创业过程中存在难题。"化人讲坛"遵循分类指导原则、高标准原则、"请进来"与"送出去"相结合的原则,将就业创业教育贯穿人才培养全过程,让受众学生的专业知识和专业认可度得到明显提高,一年多来共举办主题报告21场、校企对接活动20余场,使2019届就业的人数比例较2018届有明显提高,学生求职能力和就业质量水平得到显著提升。

In order to creating cultural campus and deepening practical education, the school of chemical engineering of Southwest Forestry University adheres to the problem orientation, focuses on the needs of students, innovates the education mode of employment and entrepreneurship, and opens the forum of cultural people to help solve the problems in the process of students′ learning, employment and entrepreneurship. ′The forum of cultural people′ follows the principle of classified guiding, high standard and mutual learning, runs employment and entrepreneurship education throughout the whole process of talent training, and significantly improves the professional knowledge and professional recognition of the audience students. In more than 1 year, it has jointly held 21 theme reports and more than 20 school enterprise docking activities, making the proportion of students employed in 2019 higher than that in 2018. There has been a significant improvement in the quality of employment and the level of job-hunting ability.
