摘要 利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和洛氏硬度计研究了Ti含量对H13热作模具钢的力学性能和回火稳定性的影响,并分析和讨论了试验钢淬回火后析出碳化物的类型。结果表明:Ti元素(0.127%)的加入提升了H13钢的硬度、室温抗拉强度和塑性;合金元素Ti具有细化回火马氏体板条尺寸的效果;Ti含量为0.127%时,试验钢碳化物主要为富Cr的M23C6、M7C3、V2C和多种硬质相;微量元素Ti(0.127%)的添加提高了H13钢640℃以下的回火稳定性,且在高温(700℃)回火后,Ti元素提高了H13钢的高温回火硬度。 The effects of Ti content on the mechanical properties and tempering stability of H13 hot working die steel were studied by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and Rockwell hardness tester, and the types of carbides in test steels after quenching and tempering were analyzed. The results showed that the addition of Ti element(0.127%) improved the hardness, room temperature tensile strength and plasticity of H13 steel, and the Ti element could refine the tempered martensite strip size.When the mass fraction of Ti content was 0.127%, the carbides in test steel were mainly Cr-rich M23 C6, M7 C3,V2 C and various hard phases. The Ti element(0.127%) improved the tempering stability of H13 steel below 640 ℃ and increased the high temperature tempering hardness of H13 steel after tempering at high temperature(700 ℃).
