摘要
根据电网企业的实际业务情况建立安全能力评价指标体系,根据导致历史安全生产事故发生的各隐患因素的比例确定各指标的权重,进而建立安全能力评价模型,该模型对电网企业的安全能力水平进行评估,为以后的决策提供参考。
According to the actual production situation of power grid enterprises,the safety capability evaluation indicator system is established,and the weight of each index is determined according to the proportion of each hidden danger factor that causes the historical safety production accidents.Then,the evaluation model of safety capability is established,which evaluates the safety capability level of power grid enterprises and provides reference for future decision-making.
