高硫煤掺烧试验与分析

摘要 根据某电厂实际情况,在干湿煤泥掺烧的基础上,增加了高硫煤的掺烧。根据上煤方式,提出了八种高硫煤掺烧工况,并从机组设备安全方面和经济运行方面对这八种工况进行论述。在掺烧煤泥基础上计算不同的高硫煤含硫量,对应机组每月的可掺烧高硫煤量,并分析其经济性。 Based on the actual situation of power plant,the high-sulfur coal is added besides the dry and wet coal slime blended burning.The eight kinds of high-sulfur coal combustion conditions are proposed depending on the coal feeding modes,for each of which the safety and economic operation aspects of the unit equipment are discussed.The paper calculates sulfur contents of different high-sulfur coals on the basis of coal slime blended burning and the respective amounts of high-sulfur coals which can be blended each month,and analyzes the economy.
