摘要
尤多拉·韦尔蒂是20世纪美国南方著名女作家,也是南方文艺复兴代表作家之一,主要因其短篇小说蜚声文坛。韦尔蒂的短篇小说叙事技艺精湛,其作品中融入了多重叙述手法。本文拟从韦尔蒂短篇小说中非人格叙事和心里现实主义、多维的叙事结构以及富有张力的叙事语言的运用来具体剖析韦尔蒂的短篇小说叙事魅力。
Eudora Welty is a famous Southern American woman writer in the 20th century and one of the representative writers of the Southern Renaissance.Her short stories are well-known in the literary world.Welty’s short stories are exquisite in narrative skills,and the works incorporate multiple narrative techniques.This paper intends to analyze the narrative charm of Welty’s short stories from the perspective of non-personality narrative,psychological realism,multi-dimensional narrative structure and the use of poetic narrative language.
