摘要
成果导向教育(OBE)与通识教育是两种不同的教育理念,两者之间既矛盾冲突,又互补相融。在人文通识课中引入OBE理念,围绕预期学习成果设定教学目标、选择教学内容、组织教学活动和实施教学评价,充分发挥目标引领作用,不仅能够帮助学生厘清人文通识课程与毕业要求之间的关系,从而激发学生自主学习兴趣,培养学习研究和实践应用能力;还能使教师及时掌握学生具体学习情况,不断改进教学,提高人文通识课教育效果。
Outcome Based Education(OBE)and general education are two different educational concepts,which are contradictory and complementary to each other.By introducing OBE concept into current general courses of humanities,and setting teaching goals,selecting teaching content,organizing teaching activities and implementing teaching evaluation based on learning outcomes,we will not only help students understand the relationship between the general course of humanities and graduation requirements,stimulate their interest in independent study and cultivate various practical abilities,but also help teachers better understand the students’learning situation,improve their teaching ability and make the general courses of humanities more effective.
