摘要 为解决余吾煤业掘锚一体化机组施工效率低、采掘接替困难的问题,以S1203胶带顺槽的施工为工程背景,采用理论分析、数值模拟及矿压观测等方法,针对原支护方案锚杆密度大、锚索长度过长和锚杆角度过大等问题,对支护方案进行了系统优化,优化后的施工方案在S1203胶带顺槽应用效果良好,巷道掘进速度有了明显提高,从7.2 m/d可提高到12.6 m/d,成功解决了该矿采掘比失调的问题。 In order to solve the low construction efficiency and mining replacement difficulty in the tunneling-anchoring integration unit in Yuwu Coal Industry,taking the construction of S1203 gateway for belt conveyor as the engineering background,a series of methods,including theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,and pressure monitoring,were used to systematically optimize the support scheme aiming at high anchor bolt density,overlong cable,and too large anchor angle.The optimized scheme has a good application effect in the S1203 gateway with significantly increasing speed from 7.2 to 12.6 meters per day,which has successfully solved the unbalanced ratio of mining and digging.
