进风石门一巷多用快速揭煤工艺研究与应用

Research and Application of Rapid Uncovering Coal Technology of Multi-purpose Air-inlet Cross-cut Roadways

在分析研究突出矿井石门巷道布置和使用功能的前提下,为了减少揭煤次数、缩短工期、节约投资、实现安全快速揭煤,提出了进风石门一巷多用优化设想,并在此基础上对进风石门巷道布置和石门揭煤抽放钻孔布置进行了优化研究。实践表明:通过实施进风石门一巷多用优化研究,实现了石门安全快速揭煤,节约了揭煤费用,缩短了建井工期。进风石门一巷多用快速揭煤工艺的成功实践为类似有进风石门巷道布置的突出矿井建设提供了借鉴。

On the premise of layout and application analysis in cross-cut roadway in outburst mines,in order to decrease the number of uncovering coal,reduce construction duration,save investment,and realize safe and rapid uncovering coal,an optimization assumption of multi-purpose air-inlet cross-cut roadway was proposed.Based on this,the optimization on the layout of the cross-cut roadways and the boreholes for uncovering coal were carried out.The practice showed that the implementation of the multi-purpose optimization realized the safe and rapid uncovering coal,saved its cost and reduced the construction duration.The successful application of the multi-purpose rapid coal uncovering could be reference for the construction of similar outburst mines with the cross-cut roadways.
