地方本科院校校企协同培养应用型人才的问题与对策研究

Problems and Countermeasures of Cultivating Application-Oriented Talents by School-Enterprise Collaboration in Local Undergraduate Colleges

校企协同是地方本科院校培养应用型人才的必由之路。当前,企业要实现创新发展,地方本科院校要实现内涵发展,都需要校企深度融合,协同培养高素质应用型人才和技术研究来支撑。文章根据实地调查与文献调研,分析出地方本科院校校企协同培养应用型人才的必要性和当前校企协同培养应用型人才在统筹协调机制、“双师型”教师队伍和政策法规等方面仍存在问题,以此提出相应对策,以期促进地方本科院校和企业实现校企深度融合。

School-enterprise collaboration is the essential way for local undergraduate colleges to train application-oriented talents.In order to achieve innovative development of enterprises and the connotative development of local undergraduate colleges,the deep integration of schools and enterprises,collaborative cultivation of high-quality application-oriented talents,and technical research are needed.On the basis of field investigation and literature research,the necessity of cultivating application-oriented talents by school-enterprise collaboration in local undergraduate colleges and universities was analyzed,and the problems existing in the aspects of the overall coordination mechanism,"double-skilled"teachers and policies and regulations in current school-enterprise collaborative training of application-oriented talents were explored.Furthermore,corresponding countermeasures were proposed in order to promote local undergraduate colleges and enterprises to achieve the deep integration of school-enterprise collaboration.
