摘要
以成都师范学院为例,从学校人才培养目标定位、人才培养改革措施及人才培养保障等方面对应用型转型背景下地方师范院校人才培养路径进行了研究。作为新建地方本科师范院校,成都师范学院在应用型发展中紧密结合学校办学实际,围绕人才培养这个核心,沿着"科学规划-重点突破-强化保障"的路径,积极开展了应用型人才培养改革探索并取得了一定实效,其发展路径可为同类高校在应用型发展方面提供方法论意义上的借鉴。
By taking Chengdu Normal University as an example,cultivation paths for local normal universities'talents under the background of transformation to application orientation were explored from the aspects of target orientation of talent cultivation,reforming measures of talent cultivation,and guarantee for talent cultivation.As a newly-built local undergraduate normal university,closely combined with the actual school-running situation,Chengdu Normal University focuses on talent cultivation,follows the path of scientific planning,key breakthrough,and guarantee strengthening,actively carries out the reform and practice of application-oriented talent cultivation,and achieves certain effects.Its development path can provide methodological reference for universities of the same type in the field of application-oriented development.
