摘要
检索了大量与医疗大数据对医患关系的影响研究相关的文献,并在此基础上进行了综述。大数据技术在改善医患关系中有精准医疗、精益管理、健康管理、科学研究和数字医疗这五方面的着力点。大数据技术可以通过自我参与、信息共享和精准医学这三方面来改善医患关系。然而,大数据在改善医患关系方面仍存在技术落后、大数据的所有权备受质疑、获取数据的安全性无法保障、成本过高等难题。
In this paper,a large number of literatures related to the influence of medical big data on the doctor-patient relationship have been retrieved and summarized.There were five applications of big data in improving the doctor-patient relationship,including:precision medicine,lean management,health management,scientific research and digital medicine.Big data were able to improve the doctor-patient relationship through self-participation,information sharing and precision medicine.However,in terms of improving the doctor-patient relationship,there were still some problems for big data,such as backward technology,questionable ownership of big data,unsecured security of data acquisition and high cost.
