不同语境下的医护人员医疗服务用语调查研究 被引量:1

Investigation on Medical Service Languages of Medical Staff in Different Contexts

摘要 为了解医护人员在诊疗过程中医疗服务语言的使用现状,改善医患沟通,采用方便抽样和目的抽样相结合的方法,对广东省某大型三甲中医院的骨伤科、乳腺科和心血管内科医护人员进行现场调查。采用频数和构成比对计数资料进行统计描述。调查共选择了107名医护人员,收集了580条语料。在与初诊和复诊患者沟通时,分别有97.73%和89.89%的人使用询问性语言;在采集患者住院病史时,74.64%的人使用询问性语言;在告知患者好消息时,46.30%的人使用诊断性语言;在告知患者坏消息时,47.33%的医生使用诊断性语言;出院谈话时,56.85%的人使用指导性言语。580条语料中,复合语言有163条(28.10%),主要在告知患者好消息和坏消息,以及出院谈话这3个语境中。得出医护人员不仅要加强医学语言学的理论学习,还应该在临床工作中积极主动地摸索医学语言应用的经验并长期修养磨炼,不断提升自己的综合素质。 For understand the current situation of medical service language used by medical staff in the diagnosis and treatment process,and improve doctor-patient communication.By the method of convenient sampling and purposive sampling,the field investigation was conducted among the medical staff of orthopedic injury department,breast department and cardiovascular department in a large third-class hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in Guangdong Province.Frequency and composition ratio were used to describe the counting data.A total of 107 medical and nursing staff were investigated and 580 pieces of data were collected.97.73%and 89.89%of patients used interrogative language when communicating with the first and second visits,respectively.74.64%of patients used inquiry language when collecting their hospitalization history;6.30%of patients used diagnostic language when informing patients of good news;47.33%of patients used diagnostic language when informing patients of bad news;and 56.85%of patients used instructional language when discharging from hospital.Among the 580 pieces of language materials,163(28.10%)were compound language,which were mainly in the three contexts of telling patients good news and bad news,and discharged conversation.Medical staff should not only strengthen the theoretical study of medical linguistics,but also actively explore the experience of medical language application in clinical work,cultivate and hone for a long time,and constantly improve their comprehensive quality,and constantly improve their comprehensive quality.
