摘要
由于医患双方对疾病的看法、价值观和信念不同,导致跨文化医患沟通出现了医疗服务忽视了患者的文化习俗和背景、医患之间的沟通障碍、医患双方健康文化价值观存在差异而导致的医患冲突等问题。通过诊断跨文化医患沟通的问题,提出跨文化医患沟通需要重视非医疗沟通或情感沟通、尊重医患双方在疾病认知上的差异、增强文化敏感性、重视医学生跨文化沟通技能培训等有针对性的建议,以期为临床实践提供参考。
Due to the different views,values and beliefs of the doctor and patient on diseases,the cross-cultural communication between them has resulted in problems,such as medical service ignoring the cultural customs and backgrounds of patients,communication barriers between doctors and patients,and conflicts between doctors and patients caused by differences in health cultural values.Based on the diagnosis of intercultural doctor-patient communication,this study put forward some suggestions,such as attaching importance to non-medical communication or emotional communication,respecting the differences in disease cognition between doctors and patients,increasing cultural sensitivity,paying attention to the training of cross-cultural communication skills of medical students and other targeted suggestions,so as to provide reference for clinical practice.
