口服硝呋太尔胶囊治疗细菌性阴道炎患者的有效性分析

Effectiveness Analysis of Oral Nifurtel Capsule in the Treatment of Bacterial Vaginitis

目的:分析口服硝呋太尔胶囊对细菌性阴道炎患者的临床有效性。方法:将42例细菌性阴道炎患者随机分为对照组和实验组各21例,对照组治疗药物选择盐酸环丙沙星栓,实验组选择盐酸环丙沙星栓联合硝呋太尔胶囊,对两组临床治疗效果、临床症状消失时间及治疗前后阴道灌洗液中炎性因子变化展开比较。结果:实验组患者的治疗总有效率较对照组患者高,其各项症状消失时间较对照组短,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前IL-2、IL-8、IL-13等阴道灌洗液炎性因子水平并无显著性差异(P>0.05),而治疗后相比,实验组均比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:口服硝呋太尔胶囊可显著改善细菌性阴道炎患者的临床症状,提高临床治疗效果,降低阴道灌洗液中炎症因子水平。

Objective: To analyze the clinical efficacy of oral nifurtel capsule in patients with bacterial vaginitis. Methods: 42 patients with bacterial vaginitis were randomly divided into control group(n=21) and experimental group(n=21). The patients in the control group were treated with ciprofloxacin hydrochloride suppository and the patients in the experimental group were treated with ciprofloxacin hydrochloric acid suppository combined with nitrofuraer capsule. The clinical therapeutic effect, the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and the changes of inflammatory factors in vaginal lavage fluid were compared. Results: The total effective rate of the patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the disappearance time of the symptoms was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the level of inflammatory factors in IL-2, IL-8, IL-13 and vaginal lavage fluid between the two groups before treatment, but the level of inflammatory factors in IL-2, IL-8, IL-13 and other vaginal lavage fluid in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion: Nifuratel capsule can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with bacterial vaginitis, improve the clinical treatment effect, and reduce the level of inflammatory factors in vaginal lavage fluid.
