手术室利多卡因麻醉护理的缺陷及防范措施研究

Study on Nursing Defects and Preventive Measures of Lidocaine Anesthesia in Operating Room

目的:研究手术室利多卡因麻醉护理的缺陷及防范措施。方法:选取2017年3月至2019年3月我院收治的手术患者84例,两组患者均接受利多卡因麻醉术,随机分成研究组和对照组各42例,对照组采取常规护理,研究组采取风险护理,分析护理结果。结果:研究组手术室护理风险知识知晓率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理差错及护理纠纷发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对手术室利多卡因麻醉护理缺陷风险进行分析并制合理的防范措施,能够有效降低护理风险的发生,提高患者对风险知识的认知,值得推广使用。

Objective: To study the defects and preventive measures of lidocaine anesthesia nursing in operating room. Methods: From March 2017 to March 2019, 84 surgical patients admitted in our hospital were included into this study. They were randomly divided into study group and control group with 42 cases each. The patients in both groups received lidocaine anesthesia. The control group received routine nursing, while the study group received risk nursing. The nursing results were analyzed. Results: The awareness rate of operation room nursing risk knowledge in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence rate of nursing errors and nursing disputes in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Analyzing the risk of lidocaine anesthesia nursing defects in operating room and making reasonable preventive measures can effectively reduce the occurrence of nursing risks, improve the patients’ awareness of risk knowledge, and it is worth popularizing.
