盐酸右美托咪定注射液复合舒芬太尼在妇产科手术术后镇痛的有效性和安全性

Effectiveness and Safety of Dexmedetomidine Hydrochloride Injection Combined with Sufentanil in Postoperative Analgesia After Gynecological and Obstetric Surgery

目的:探讨盐酸右美托咪定注射液复合舒芬太尼在妇产科手术术后镇痛的有效性和安全性。方法:80例行宫颈癌根治术治疗患者随机分为两组,每组40例,对照组采用格拉司琼联合舒芬太尼,观察组则在此基础上联合盐酸右美托咪定注射液,对比两组VAS评分、不良反应情况。结果:观察组术后6、12、24h时的VAS评分均较对照组偏低(P<0.05)。观察组心动过缓发生率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对行手术治疗的妇产科患者,采用盐酸右美托咪定注射液复合舒芬太尼麻醉,镇痛镇静效果好,但会易引发心动过缓情况,通过强化监测可避免。

Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of dexmedetomidine hydrochloride injection combined with sufentanil for postoperative analgesia in gynecological and obstetric surgery. Methods: 80 patients with cervical cancer who underwent radical operation were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with granisetron and sufentanil. On this basis, the observation group was treated with dexmedetomidine hydrochloride injection. VAS scores and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results: The VAS scores of the observation group at 6, 12 and 24 hours after operation were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of bradycardia in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: For gynecologic and obstetric patients undergoing surgical treatment, dexmedetomidine hydrochloride injection combined with sufentanil anesthesia has good analgesic and sedative effect, but can easily cause bradycardia, which can be avoided by intensive monitoring.
