布地奈德鼻喷剂治疗过敏性鼻炎患者的价值分析

Value of Budesonide Nasal Spray in the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis

目的:分析布地奈德鼻喷剂治疗过敏性鼻炎患者的应用价值。方法:选取本院收治的过敏性鼻炎患者60例分为两组各30例,对照组采用氯雷他定治疗,观察组在此基础上采用布地奈德鼻喷剂治疗,比较两组的治疗效果,统计不良反应发生情况,记录两组治疗前后的Th1/Th2特征性细胞因子水平。结果:观察组治疗有效率为(93.33%)高于对照组的(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前两组的IL-4和IFN-γ水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)高于对照组,白细胞介素-4(IL-4)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:布地奈德鼻喷剂治疗过敏性鼻炎能够有效减轻患者临床症状,提升疗效,调节细胞因子水平,安全性良好。

Objective: To analyze the clinical value of budesonide nasal spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods: 60 patients with allergic rhinitis were divided into two groups of 30 cases each. The control group was treated with loratadine. The observation group was treated with budesonide nasal spray on this basis. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Adverse reactions occurred. Th1/Th2 characteristic cytokine levels before and after treatment were recorded. Results: The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was(93.33%) higher than that in the control group(73.33%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05);Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the levels of IL-4 and IFN-γ between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after treatment, the IFN-γ in the observation group was higher than that in the observation group. In the control group, the IL-4 in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Budesonide nasal spray can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of allergic rhinitis, improve the curative effect, regulate the level of cytokines, and has good safety.
