以中医痈病理论辨治动脉粥样硬化

Treating Atherosclerosis with Carbunculosis Theory of Chinese Medicine

动脉粥样硬化可归于中医"脉痈"范畴,治疗上可采用类似于中医痈病的治则,即清热解毒、疏通气血。动脉粥样硬化脂质条纹期,中医辨证属实证,治宜消法为主。化痰消浊、清热解毒、活血化瘀等均为消法。动脉粥样硬化斑块形成期,中医辨证属虚实夹杂证,治宜消中兼托。在消痰浊、瘀血、热毒的基础上补益气血,培补肝、脾、肾。动脉粥样硬化斑块破裂期,中医辨证属虚实夹杂证,治宜消补兼施,酌情加重清热解毒之品,同时辅以活血化瘀之品,以疏通气血。动脉粥样硬化斑块破裂后修复期,中医辨证以虚证为主,治宜扶正祛邪,补益气血,促进血管修复新生。

Atherosclerosis can be attributed to the category of " carbunculosis" in traditional Chinese medicine,so the treatment can be similar to the treatment of this disease in traditional Chinese medicine,namely,clearing away Heat,detoxifying and ventilating blood. During the period of atherosclerotic lipid streaks,it is excessiveness syndrome in TCM syndrome differentiation,and Xiao method should be used as the treatment rule. Huatan Xiaozhuo,Qingre Jiedu and Huoxue Huayu,etc. are all belong to this method. During the period of atherosclerotic plaque formation,it is a combination of deficiency and excessiveness syndrome in TCM syndrome differentiation,and the treatment method should be Xiao and Tuo. On the basis of eliminating turbidity,blood stasis,and Heat toxicity,Qi and Blood should be replenished Liver,Spleen and Kidney should be strengthened. In the rupture period of atherosclerotic plaque,it is a combination of excessiveness and deficiency in TCM syndrome differentiation. Xiao and Bu method should be applied,and the drugs of Heat-clearing and detoxification should be used to activate Blood and and remove Phlegm. After the rupture of atherosclerotic plaque,it is deficiency syndrome in syndrome differentiation of TCM,and it is necessary to rectify the Qi and Blood to promote vascular repair and renewal.
