余热犯胃、胃气不和是百合病的病因病机

Heat Invading Stomach and Disharmony in Stomach Qi Are Causes of Lily Disease

百合病多因伤寒热病后,余热未尽所致。阳明胃居中,具有土德之性,既能养万物,也是万物归宿。邪热流于胃中不去,日久伤津,导致胃气不和。诸经病邪,无论表里寒热,皆可并入阳明。因此,百合病的病机为余热犯胃、胃气不和。治疗上,需清余热、补胃气。然百合病邪正俱微,若驱邪,则伤正;若扶正,则恋邪,故使用百合补中益气,益胃气之不足,利大小便,使邪有出路。诸多情志疾病在其发展过程中,亦可产生余热犯胃、胃气不和的病理变化,出现百合病的临床表现。临床上,通过清胃热、养胃气的方法可以明显改善相关症状。

Lily disease is caused by typhoid fever.Yangming Stomach is in the middle of human body,with the character of Soil,which not only can raise all things but also is the destination of all things.The Evil Heat staying in the stomach for a long time would injure the Fluid and cause the disharmony in stomach.All diseases or Evils,regardless of the Cold or Hot as well as the Exterior or the Interior Evil factors,all of them can be incorporated into Yangming Meridian.Therefore,the pathogenesis of lily disease is the Heat invading the Stomach and the disharmony in Stomach.In treatment,it is necessary to clear the Heat and make up the Stomach Qi.However,the condition of the Lily disease is the very small amount of Evil Qi and the Zheng Qi.,so Lily Buzhong Yiqi Prescription should be used to supplement the Qi,to benefit the Stomach,and to dispel Evil with the urine.In the course of its development,many emotional diseases can also produce pathological changes in the Stomach and Stomach disharmony of residual heat,and the clinical manifestations of Lily disease appear.Clinically,the symptoms can be significantly improved by clearing the Stomach Hear and nourishing the Stomach Qi.
