半夏泻心汤组方精炼,方中各药配伍考究,具有辛开、苦降、甘补的配伍特点,后世对其发展及临床应用非常广泛。半夏泻心汤具有消炎、抑菌、双向调节胃肠动力功能的作用,能促进胃肠局部生长表达,促进相关激素、蛋白分泌,提高机体免疫力。临床常用于急慢性胃炎、顽固性呕吐、慢性肠炎、结肠炎、消化性溃疡、消化不良等属脾胃升降失常、寒热错杂者,可取得满意的疗效。目前对于半夏泻心汤的现代研究仍存在一些问题:①试验研究样本量较少,设计方案缺乏严谨性及合理性,疗效评价标准不统一;②缺乏大样本的临床数据、试验验证、临床指标的系统研究;③研究以消化系统疾病为主,缺少对非消化系统疾病的研究;④实验研究多停留于某个病理环节上,缺乏更深层次的作用机制的探讨。今后需联合现代医学多层次、多手段、多途径地研究本方的作用规律,提高临床试验的规模、质量以及随机控制条件,为半夏泻心汤治疗各类疾病的现代药理研究和中医临床提供更多理论依据。

At present,there are still some problems in the modern research of Banxia Xiexin Decoction:(1)There are few sample samples in the experimental study,the design scheme lacks rigor and rationality,and the evaluation criteria are not uniform;(2)There is a lack of large sample clinical data,experimental verification,experiment Systematic research on indicators;(3)There is a lack of large amount of researches on digestive system diseases and a lack of researches on non-digestive diseases;(4)The experimental research mostly stays in a certain pathological link,lacking a deeper mechanism of action. In the future,it is necessary to combine modern medicine with multi-level,multi-method and multi-channel to study the law of action,improve the scale,quality and random control conditions of clinical trials,and modern pharmacological research and clinical practice for the treatment of various diseases by BanxiaXiexin Decoction,in order to provide more theoretical basis.
