柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤联合吡贝地尔治疗原发性不宁腿综合征

Chaihu Plus Longgu Muli Decoction Combined with Piribedil in Treatment of Primary Restless Leg Syndrome

目的:观察柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤联合吡贝地尔治疗原发性不宁腿综合征(restless leg syndrome,RLS)的临床疗效。方法:收集70例RLS患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组,各35例。对照组给予吡贝地尔治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤。治疗后比较两组患者RLS严重程度自评量表(restless leg syndrome self-rating scale for severity,RLSSS)得分、证候积分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)评分、临床疗效及不良反应。结果:治疗组有效率为91.4%,对照组有效率为71.4%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治愈率(45.7%)高于对照组(22.9%),治疗组不良反应发生率(5.7%)明显低于对照组(22.9%)。治疗后,两组患者RLSSS得分、PSQI评分、中医证候积分均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于同期对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤联合吡贝地尔治疗原发性RLS疗效显著,可显著降低患者RLSSS得分、PSQI评分、中医证候积分,且不良反应发生率低。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Chaihu plus Longgu Muli Decoction combined with piribedil in treatment of primary restless leg syndrome(RLS).Methods:Seventy patients with RLS were enrolled and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,35 cases each.The control group was treated with piribedil,and the treatment group was given Chaihu plus Longgu Muli Decoction on the basis of the control group.After treatment,the restless leg syndrome self-rating scale for severity(RLSSS)score,syndrome score,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score,Clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the both groups were compared.Results:The effective rate in the treatment group was 91.4%and that was 71.4%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cure rate of the treatment group(45.7%)was higher than that of the control group(22.9%).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group(5.7%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(22.9%).After treatment,the RLSSS score,PSQI score and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,with the differences being statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chaihu plus Longgu Muli Decoction combined with piribedil is effective in treatment of primary RLS,which can significantly reduce the RLSSS score,PSQI score and TCM syndrome score,with rare incidence of adverse reactions.
