补肾方药在妇科疾病中应用规律分析

Application Analysis of Tonifying Kidney Prescription in Treating Gynecological Diseases

目的:探讨补肾方药治疗妇科疾病的用药规律。方法:以中国知网收录的题目中含有补肾方药治疗妇科疾病的临床研究文献为研究对象,收集文献记载的方剂,建立数据库,使用Excel 2013、SPSS Modeler 14.1、SPSS Statistics 24.0统计软件对纳入的中药进行疾病种类、中药频数、关联规则分析和因子分析。结果:纳入符合标准的文献115篇,文献包含25种疾病,以不孕、多囊卵巢综合征和月经失调居多;181种中药,以当归、菟丝子和熟地黄居多;功效分类以补虚药、活血化瘀药为主,性味以甘、辛、苦,温、平、寒为主,归经以肝经、肾经、脾经为主。关联规则分析得到核心药物组合11个,因子分析提取得到11个公因子。结论:补肾方药治疗妇科疾病用药以补虚药为主,与中医对妇人"以血为本、以气为用"的认识相符。

Objective:To explore the application rule of Bushen Prescription in treatment of gynecological diseases.Methods:The clinical research literature containing the prescription of Bushen Recipe for the treatment of gynecological diseases was used as the source.The prescriptions were collected and the database was established.The Chinese medicines were included in Excel 2013,SPSS Modeler 14.1,SPSS Statistics 24.0 statistical software.Disease types,frequency of Chinese medicine,association rule analysis and factor analysis.Results:A total of 115 articles were included in the literature.The literature contained 25 diseases,including infertility,polycystic ovary syndrome and menstrual disorders;In 181 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines,Angelica,Dodder and Rehmannia glutinosa are mostly used;The main functions of the medicines are to promote blood circulation and remove stasis;the tastes are mostly sweet,spicy,bitter,warm,flat and cold,and they are mostly working on Liver,Kidney or Spleen meridians.The association rule analysis obtained 11 core drug combinations,and factor analysis extracted 11 common factors.Conclusion:The gynecological diseases treated by tonifying Kidney prescription are mainly composed of tonic medicine,which is consistent with the understanding of TCM as "blood is the basis and Qi is the most active element".
