中药熏洗治疗膝骨关节炎用药分析

Medication Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation and Washing in Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:通过对熏洗法治疗膝骨关节炎的现代文献进行统计分析,以期探讨中药熏洗法治疗膝骨关节炎的用药规律。方法:通过检索知网、维普、万方三大数据库中中药熏洗治疗膝骨关节炎的临床随机对照文献,对处方的用药、药类、性味、归经进行频数分析。结果:纳入文献共39篇,其中外用熏洗中药以透骨草、威灵仙、红花、伸筋草等祛风湿药与活血化瘀药为主,中药性味以辛温为主,中药归经以肝经为最多。结论:中药、药类、性味、归经的作用符合膝骨关节炎"虚、邪、瘀"的病机特点,透骨草、红花、伸筋草、苏木、牛膝、海桐皮、艾叶、当归、川芎、没药、乳香等可作为外用熏洗药物。

Objective:To analyze the modern literature of knee osteoarthritis treatment with TCM fumigation and washing,in order to explore the rule of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing for knee osteoarthritis.Methods:The randomized controlled literatures on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis were obtained by searching the three major databases of Zhiwang,Weipu and Wanfang.The frequency of prescription medication,medicine and sexual taste was analyzed.RESULTS:A total of 39 articles were included in the literature.Among them,externally used traditional Chinese medicines were mainly used for phlegm and blood stasis,such as sclerotium,clematis,safflower,and glutinous grass.The traditional Chinese medicines were mainly with acrid flavor and warm character,working on the Liver meridian mostly.Conclusion:The role of traditional Chinese medicine is in accordance with the pathogenesis of knee osteoarthritis,namely,"being deficiency and with Phlegm Evil.In this case Sclerotium,Safflower,Stretched grass,Hematoxylin,achyranthes,Piton bark,Mugwort leaves,Angelica,Ligusticum wallichii,Myrrh,Frankincense,etc.can be used as topical fumigation drugs.
