泻黄散加减治疗心脾积热型小儿疱疹性咽峡炎临床研究 被引量:7

Clinical Study on Treatment of Pediatric Herpangina of Accumulated Heat in Heart and Spleen with Modified Xiehuang Powder(泻黄散)

摘要 目的:比较泻黄散加减与利巴韦林治疗心脾积热型小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效。方法:选取120例心脾积热型疱疹性咽峡炎患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组各60例。在常规给予物理降温、补液、抗感染等治疗的基础上,对照组给予利巴韦林每天10 mg/kg静脉滴注,研究组给予泻黄散加减口服。比较两组患儿治疗前后4个主症和10个次症的评分变化,以及两种治疗方法的总有效率。结果:治疗后,两组患儿4项主症及10项次症评分均有所下降(P<0.05),且研究组下降较对照组明显(P<0.05);研究组总有效率93.33%,对照组75.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:泻黄散加减治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎临床有效,且优于利巴韦林。 Objective:To compare the clinical effects of modified Xiehuang Powder(泻黄散)and ribavirin in the treatment of pediatric herpangina.Methods:One hundred and twenty children with pediatric herpangina of accumulated heat in the heart and spleen pattern were selected as study subjects.Using the random number table,patients were divided into study group and control group,60 patients in each group.The control group was given ribavirin 10 mg/kg intravenously once a day,while the study group was given modified Xiehuang Powder orally.Besides,both groups were given routine treatment like physical cooling,fluid rehydration,and anti-infection.The changes of scores in the four primary symptoms and ten secondary symptoms and the total effectiveness were compared between the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the scores of the four primary symptoms and ten secondary symptoms of both groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the decrease in the study group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 93.33% and 75.00% in the study group and control group,the difference was statistically significant between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of pediatric herpangina by modified Xiehuang Powder is effective.
