景区社区一体化模式发展分析——以西江千户苗寨为例

The Development of the Integration Model of the Community and Scenic Area: A Case Study of Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village

景区社区一体化是在保障社区原有权利和功能的基础上,结合景区的吸引物与服务功能,创造旅游收入来实现乡村振兴。以西江千户苗寨景为例,采用问卷调查和深度访谈相结合的方式,对景区社区一体化模式的发展路径进行研究。结果发现,该模式的发展基础是景区与社区空间位置的融合,关键是社区功能与景区功能的融合,核心是传统治理与现代管理的结合,景区同社区形成良好的“契约关系”,以期为类似的景区社区一体化区域发展提供科学参考和政策借鉴。

The integration of the community and scenic area is based on the protection of the original rights and functions of the community,combined with the attraction and service functions of the scenic area,to create tourism income to realize rural revitalization.Taking Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village as an example,this paper uses a combination of questionnaire survey and in-depth interview to study the development path of the integration model of community and scenic area.The results show that the development basis of this model was the integration of the scenic area and the spatial location of the community.The key element is the integration of functions of the community and scenic area.And the core part is the combination of traditional governance and modern management and the good“contractual relationship”between the community and scenic area.This study aims to provide scientific reference and policy reference for the development of regional integration of similar scenic areas.
