摘要
生涯发展教育作为人本教育理念的核心要义,受到社会学及教育学等领域的广泛关注,在特殊人群尤其是智力障碍人士的职业教育与就业指导中,具备生存技能、能够融入社会、实现自我价值是职业生涯发展的关键诉求。关注并分析学习能力、技能掌握水平及职业能力等,可以有效地进行问题诊断、差异教学和职业引导。多元化、系统性评价在教学过程中起到核心作用,构建以生涯发展为指引的系统评价结构及量化指标体系,实施多阶段、多功能、多方位的质与量考核,不仅可以有效改善教育方式,提高教育质量,也可以提升特殊职业教育的效能,提高大众对特殊职业教育的认可度,进一步为特殊人群融入社会提供优质的教育服务与支持。
Career development education,as the core of humanistic education concept,has attracted wide attention in sociology and pedagogy.In vocational education and employment guidance for special groups,especially those with intellectual disabilities,possessing survival skills,integrating into society and realizing the possibility of self-expression are the key demands of career development.Paying attention to and analyzing the level of learning ability,skill mastery and professional ability can effectively diagnose problems,differentiate teaching and guide career.Multiple systematic evaluation plays a central role in the process.Constructing a systematic evaluation structure and quantitative index system guided by career development and implementing multi-stage,multi-functional and multi-directional quality and quantitative assessment,can not only effectively improve the mode of education and improve the quality of education,but also enhance the effectiveness of special vocational education.We should improve the public’s recognition of vocational education for special groups,and further provide high-quality education service support for the integration of special groups into society.
