Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of vascular intervention combined with aspirin, low molecular weight heparin and defibrase on cerebral ischemia in mice. Methods A mouse model of cerebral ischemia was constructed. Eighty mice were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with aspirin, low molecular weight heparin and defibrase. The observation group were treated with vascular intervention combined with aspirin, low molecular weight heparin and defibrase. Three months later, the peak systolic velocity(Vs), end-diastolic velocity(Vd), neurological deficit(NDS score), and related marker proteins(MMP-9, SOD, NLRP3) were compared between the two groups. Results After three months of treatment, the Vs value, Vd value, NDS score, MMP-9, SOD and NLRP3 protein expression levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Compared with before treatment, the above indicators were significantly lower after three months of treatment(P<0.05), but there was no significant change in the control group(P>0.05). Conclusion Intracranial vascular intervention could effectively improve the neurological function, improve blood flow disorder, reduce oxidative activity and inflammation in mice with cerebral ischemia. Its effect was superior to conventional drug combination therapy.
