摘要 通过分析基于无人机搜救平台的海上落水伤员救援决策需求,对落水伤员搜索定位、伤员伤情监测、救援物资投送、环境侦查导航、智能决策支持模块的能力进行研究,设计包括桌面推演、功能性测试、综合演练等环节的演练方案,以期提升海上救援训练效果,丰富海上卫勤演练内容与手段,探索海上落水伤员搜救演练手段与“实战化”训练工具。 Based on the analysis of the decision-making requirements for the rescue of the wounded in the sea based on the UAV search and rescue platform,this paper studied the capabilities of the search and positioning of the wounded in the sea,the monitoring of the wounded,the delivery of rescue materials,the navigation of environmental investigation,and the intelligent decision support module,and designed the exercise scheme including the tabletop exercise,functional test,and comprehensive exercise,so as to improve the training effect of the rescue at sea,enrich the contents and means of maritime medical service drill and explore the means of maritime rescue drill and“practical”training tools.
