The risk of hospital logistics management is objective,universal and uncertain.At the same time,the variety of risks,the easy transmission of consequences and the rapid spread of public opinion are the links that must be highly valued in the logistics management of hospitals.The connotation,characteristics,classification,evaluation and control of hospital logistics management were analyzed in this paper in order to benefit logistics management of the hospital.
