摘要
协同共生作为中国民营企业集群式投资非洲的新模式,对于中国民营企业“走出去”战略的顺利实施和中非经济合作提质升级具有重要意义。文章首先分析了协同共生模式的战略价值,接着以浙江绍兴纺织产业为例,研究了协同共生模式的标杆案例,提炼了协同共生模式的执行策略,最后阐述了协同共生模式的中国经验及发展战略。
As a new model of cluster investment of Chinese private enterprises in Africa,synergistic symbiosis is of great significance to the smooth implementation of the strategy of“going out”of Chinese private enterprises and the upgrading of China-Africa economic cooperation.This paper analyzed the strategic value of synergistic symbiosis model.Then,taking Shaoxing textile industry in Zhejiang Province as an example,it studied the benchmarking case of synergistic symbiosis model,and refined the implementation strategy of the model.Finally,it expounded on the Chinese experience and development strategy of synergetic symbiosis model.
