对电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定土壤中有效磷的改进应用 被引量:9

摘要 根据土壤样品中有效磷的特点,对行业标准电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定土壤中有效磷(酸性土壤有效磷和碱性土壤有效磷)的测试条件进行优化,实验结果表明,选择谱线213.618 nm,标准曲线线性相关系数良好,r>0.9999,通过扣除背景或者计算IEC校正因子的方法可以有效消除光谱干扰,碱性土壤有效磷浸提溶液经过稀释一倍后测定,有效解决了雾化器喷嘴积盐问题。方法的测定下线为0.8μg/g,精密度符合《DD2005—03生态地球化学评价样品分析技术要求》,使用国家一级标准物质验证,测试结果与标准给定值相吻合。 According to the characteristics of available phosphorus in soil samples,the test conditions for the determination of available phosphorus(available phosphorus in acidic soil and available phosphorus in alkaline soil)by industry standard inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES)are optimized.The experimental results show that the linear correlation coefficient of the standard curve is good when the spectral line is 213.618 nm,r>0.9999.Spectral interference can be effectively eliminated by deducting background or calculating IEC correction factor.The solution of available phosphorus in alkaline soil can be determined after dilution twice,which effectively solves the problem of salt accumulation in atomizer nozzle.The precision meets the requirements of DD2005-03 Sample Analysis Technology for Eco-geochemical Assessment,and is verified by the first-class national standard material.The test results are in good agreement with the given values of the standard.
