miRNA105在肝癌及癌前病变中的表达及意义

The significance and expression of miRNA105 in liver cancer and precancerous lesions

目的探讨miRNA105在肝癌及癌前病变中的表达及意义。方法选取2018年1月-2019年1月我院80例肝癌患者和80例癌前病变患者。采用ELISA试剂盒检测糖类抗原125(CA125)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、肝癌特异性甲胎蛋白(HS-AFP)水平。qRT-PCR检测miRNA105基因表达水平。分析miRNA105表达与临床病理的关系。结果与癌前病变组相比,肝癌组CA125、CEA、HS-AFP水平上调,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。采用qRTPCR检测miRNA105基因表达水平,肝癌组miRNA105水平(0.95±0.12)高于癌前病变组miRNA105水平(0.51±0.05),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肝癌组织中miRNA105的表达与患者的性别、年龄无相关性(P>0.05)。肝癌组织中miRNA105的表达与患者的肿瘤直径、组织学分级、分化水平有相关性(P<0.05)。结论 miRNA105与肝癌的病理发展过程密切相关。

Objective To investigate the significance and expression of mi RNA105 in liver cancer and precancer-ous lesions.Methods80 cases of patients with liver cancer and 80 cases of patients with precancerous lesions in ourhospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were analyzed. The levels of CA125、CEA、HS-AFP were detected by ELISA.q RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of mi RNA105 in liver cancer and precancerous lesion. The relationshipbetween mi RNA105 expression and clinicopathology was analyzed.ResultsCompared with precancerous lesions group,theexpressions of CA125,CEA and HS-AFP in liver cancer group were higher(P<0.05). The expression of mi RNA105 in theliver cancer group(0.95±0.12)was higher than in the precancerous lesion group(0.51±0.05)(P<0.05).There was nocorrelation between the expression of mi RNA105 in liver cancer tissues and patients′ gender and age(P>0.05). The expres-sion of mi RNA105 in liver cancer tissues was correlated with tumor diameter,histological grade and differentiation level ofpatients(P<0.05).ConclusionMi RNA105 is closely related to the pathological development of liver cancer.
