高校思想政治教育视野下的创业教育方式研究

Research on the Way of Entrepreneurial Education from the Perspective of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges

从政府到高校都十分重视大学生创新创业教育和思想政治教育。高校可以把创新创业教育融入思想政治教育,提高创新创业教育效果。大学生创新创业教育的目的是让大学生掌握创业知识、提高创业能力、积累创业经验、具备创业人格特质,与思想政治教育关系密切。在思想政治教育活动中融入创新创业教育,可以帮助大学生制定明确的创业目标、固化创业理念、规范创业行为、提高创业素质。大学生创业目标不明确、创业经验不足、创业风险控制能力不强、法律意识和法律知识不足,高校应针对这些问题,有针对性地开展创业教育活动。在创业教育融入思想政治教育的过程中,应强化思想政治教育对培养大学生创新创业特质的作用;借助思想政治教育课堂传授成功创业经验;加强实践教学,培养大学生的创业素质和创业能力;加强心理教育,培养大学生的创业人格特质。

Both the government and college attach great importance to college students innovation and entrepreneurship education and ideological and political education.The college can integrate the innovative entrepreneurship education into the ideological and political education to improve the effect of innovative entrepreneurship education.The purpose of innovative entrepreneurship education for college students is to let them master entrepreneurial knowledge,improve entrepreneurial ability,accumulate entrepreneurial experience,have entrepreneurial personality characteristics.It is closely related to the ideological and political education.The integration of ideological and political education activities into innovative entrepreneurship education can help college students to formulate clear entrepreneurial goals,solidify entrepreneurial ideas,standardize entrepreneurial behavior and improve the quality of entrepreneurship.Their entrepreneurship objectives are unclear,and they are lack of entrepreneurial experience,entrepreneurial risk controlling ability,legal awareness and legal knowledge,so the college should aim at these problems and target the entrepreneurial education activities.In the process of integrating entrepreneurship education into ideological and political education,we should strengthen the role of ideological and political education in cultivating the characteristics of college students innovation and entrepreneurship;show some successful entrepreneurial experiences with the help of ideological and political education;strengthen practical teaching,cultivate college students entrepreneurial quality and entrepreneurial ability;strengthen psychological education,and cultivate them entrepreneurial personality characteristics.
