摘要
基于社会网络理论,从组织联结强度视角提出与文化创意产业建立跨产业强组织联结和弱组织联结影响合作企业创新绩效及其拥有的知识异质性和吸收能力对此影响产生双重调节作用的理论假设,构建理论模型。运用228家与文化创意企业进行跨产业合作创新的企业调研数据进行实证验证,得出研究结论为:跨产业弱组织联结对创新绩效产生积极而显著的影响,而跨产业强组织联结对创新绩效的影响并不显著;知识异质性对跨产业强组织联结、弱组织联结与创新绩效间关系的调节作用都是积极而显著的;吸收能力对跨产业强组织联结、弱组织联结与创新绩效间关系的调节作用并不显著。
Based on the theory of social network connection and from the perspective from the strength of organizational tie, this paper proposes the theoretical hypothesis that the strong tie and the weak tie cooperation with the cultural and creative industries will affect the innovation performance of the cooperative enterprises and that the inter-industry knowledge heterogeneity and the absorption capacity of the enterprise will have a double regulation function. And then, empirical verification is carried out by using data from 228 enterprises engaged in cross-industry cooperation and innovation with cultural and creative enterprises. Results show that strong tie have no positive and significant impact on the innovation performance;weak tie have a positive and significant impact on the innovation performance. The knowledge heterogeneity has a positive and significant regulation effect on the relationship between the organizational strong tie or weak tie and the innovation performance of the cooperative enterprise. The regulation effect of the relationship between strong tie or weak tie and the innovation performance is both not significant.
