深松铲工作载荷测试与载荷谱编制 被引量:2

摘要 深松铲在旱地农作物、甘蔗、牧草种植等作业中得到广泛应用。深松铲载荷谱是合理设计深松铲的重要依据,可为深松铲的优化设计与可靠性分析提供数据支撑。利用三维建模与有限元分析方法,建立深松铲的应力分析模型,确定结构损伤点;在大田条件下进行深松铲的载荷测试试验,对测试信号进行分析处理,应用雨流计数法等编制深松铲的一维载荷谱,得出:正向弯曲载荷谱、侧向弯曲载荷谱、侧向拉伸载荷谱的波动中心分别为3516 MPa、30 MPa、45 MPa,其各自的载荷循环累积频次分别为277671次、247565次、289693次,其各自的最大幅值为8744 MPa、264 MPa、392 MPa,将最大幅值按非等间隔法处理得到8个等级,实验室程序加载时可将幅值按等级叠加在不变的波动中心上。 Deep loosening shovel is widely used in dryland crops,sugar cane,grass planting and other operations.Load spectrum of subsoiler is an important basis for reasonable design of deep loosening shovel,which can provide important reference basis for the optimization design and reliability analysis of the subsoiler.In this paper,the stress analysis model of deep loosening shovel is established by using three-dimensional modeling and finite element analysis methods,and the structural damage points are determined.Under field conditions,the load test of the deep loosening shovel was carried out,the test signals were analyzed and processed,and the load spectrum of the deep loosening shovel was compiled by rainflow-counting algorithm.Specifically,the wave centers of the forward bending load spectrum,the lateral bending load spectrum and the lateral tensile load spectrum are 3516 MPa、30 MPa and 45 MPa respectively,and the cumulative frequency of their respective load cycles are 277671 times、247655 times and 289693 times respectively,and their respective maximum amplitudes are 8744 MPa,264 MPa and 392 MPa respectively.The maximum amplitudes are processed by the unequal interval method to obtain 8 grades,which are superimposed on the wave center when the program is loaded.
